Lady Titan Girls/XC & Track Conditioning

Conditioning Camp includes camp t-shirt, running log, access to swim sessions at the LSR7 Aquatic Center, video analysis of running form and informative instruction to become a better distance runner.

All 2019-20 high school campers must be enrolled to attend LSWHS for 2019-20 and are required to have a current physical on file dated 2/1/18 or later on the LSW PRIVIT website. https://lswtitans-mo.e-ppe.com/index.jspa

All 2019-20 middle school campers must be enrolled to attend SLMS for 2019-20 and must submit a current sports physical dated 2/1/18 or after to the Lee's Summit West Athletic Office.

Lady Titan Girls Strength/Conditioning Camps

Lady Titan Girls Strength/Conditioning

This camp is designed to better prepare the Titan female athlete for her future sport season(s). All female athletes entering 9th- 12th grades in the fall of 2020 are encouraged to participate and attendance each day is extremely important. Participants will learn proper lifting and spotting techniques, improve overall strength and endurance, learn and perform proper running mechanics, improve foot speed and directional changes, learn and perform proper flexibility exercises, improve overall explosiveness and quickness.   To stay informed of changes we will be using the Remind App once conditioning begins

Location: LSW Football Stadium

All 2020-21 high school campers must be enrolled to attend LSWHS for 2020-21. A sports physical is required for camp and must be submitted to the LSW Privit website (https://lswtitans-mo.e-ppe.com/index.jspa ). Sports physicals (doctor’s exams) are now good for a full two years from the date of the physical. All remaining documents required by MSHSAA and LSR7 must be signed each school year (updated on or after July 1st for 2020-21).​​
