Lady Titans Volleyball Strength and Conditioning
This camp is designed to better prepare the Titan volleyball athlete for their future season. All volleyball athletes entering 9th- 12th grades in the fall of 2025 are encouraged to participate and attendance each day is extremely important. Participants will learn proper lifting and spotting techniques, improve overall strength and endurance, learn and perform proper running mechanics, improve foot speed and directional changes, learn and perform proper flexibility exercises, improve overall explosiveness and quickness. To stay informed of changes we will be using Sportsyou once conditioning begins for communication purposes.

Location: FH Weight Room / Titan Stadium Track & Turf
All 2025-26 high school campers must be enrolled to attend LSWHS for 2025-26. A sports physical is required for camp and must be submitted to the LSW Final Forms website https://leessummit-mo.finalforms.com/. Sports physicals (doctor’s exams) are now good for a full two years from the date of the physical. All remaining documents included in Final Forms required by MSHSAA and LSR7 must be signed each school year.
