2025 Titan Track & Field Camps
Titan Girls/XC & Track Conditioning
Be a part of a championship team! This is for both track and cross country! We have to start early to beat the heat. Our conditioning program will focus on cross country and distance event training.

Grades: 9th-12th |
All 2025-26 high school campers must be enrolled to attend LSWHS for 2025-26. A sports physical is required for camp and must be submitted to LSW Final Forms website https://leessummit-mo.finalforms.com/. Sports physicals (doctor’s exams) are now good for a full two years from the date of the physical. All remaining documents included in Final Forms required by MSHSAA and LSR7 must be signed each school year.
